I think that it would be nice if we were given BCD rewards retroactively for our vip level ups since before BC.game 3.0 rolled out we only received JB (unless we hit a "milestone" [e.g. VIP14]) 

Just a thought that came about when I noticed my gf, who I invited, is getting BCD each vip level.
