Bcgame blocked my account

Hello! Today I would like to tell you today that happened to me. I was gambling on cybersport as usual and I've won 5700 USDT, I tried to witdraw 3757 USDT and 2000USDT left on my balance. I had been waiting for 8+ hours and withdrawal request was still pending. I had made another withdraw of 2k USDT and it was delivered in less than a hour. (I use same wallet for withdrawal everytime). When I woke up, I discovered that they declined my withdrawal request and asked for a KYC verification. Okay, I am older than 18 and went through verification proccess. But in the end of procedure they declined my KYC verification( I provided good photos, those photos I've already used in other gambling site with same procedure). In message error there is an email [email protected] , I went to my email and I have written an email but this email doesn't exist or doesn't receive new letters (This info I got from gmail letter after I tried to send an email to them). 
I don't understand why I got punished and probaly I won't get my money back. My account is pretty old and I didn't break any rules. By the way, I had withdrawn more than 3757 USDT  from this site. 

What do you think about that?
