Good day

I made a fiat deposit on 15th August and still no response, i have been to my bank 3 times and provided all proof that deposit was successful. Please help me fix this daylight robbery and scam. I need to have contact details of whoever is dealing with my ticket its been far far toooooo long. :(((( I really need my money
