Good Day,

Dear BC

I have a concern since 21st of march, my deposit isnt coming yet. I already open ticket twice but no updated. I gave already proof of my payment from my bank to your virtual account number. 

I knew you have plenty concern from other player as well, but cmon 3 weeks still no progress you must be joking. 

My ticket number 100278

Please be advise!
