Please check the screenshots, and it will explain on how very poor the service of bc.game live support. No wonder, even the CS Manager of bc.game is not practicing a good customer service. I am just wondering on why bc.game  management is allowing such things, or do the management know what is really happening? Idk... I hope that a little improvement may happen in the future.
